Hi, I’m Kelli Youngman Singh.

I work with high-achieving creatives who are done outsourcing authority and ready to live at the level they know they’re capable of.

My career began onstage. After deciding I would be on Broadway by the end of the year, I direct-booked my debut less than six months later.

That experience clarified something early: belief, identity, and decision precede results.

I’ve spent years studying how real change happens—through lived experience, deep self-trust, and identity-level shifts. Not through motivation or strategy alone, but through learning how to lead yourself with clarity and responsibility.

I don’t coach from theory. I lead from lived experience.

That orientation shapes everything: how I navigate relationships, how I make decisions, and how I support clients. I work with people who are capable, discerning, and ready to lead their lives with honesty as their highest authority.

This work isn’t about mindset hacks.
It’s about identity, emotional intelligence, and self leadership.
