Hi, I’m Kelli Youngman Singh—Â
Truth Mirror & Coach to The Stars.
Â
This name was earned after years of supporting clients at the top of their fields.
I imagined myself becoming a thought leader in the industry when I began my career as a life coach— and it slowly came to fruition as clients won Tony Awards, Grammy Awards, made Broadway debuts, starred in feature films, landed series regulars, produced their very first award-winning short films, performed at MSG for 20,000 people, and more.
My work continued expanding past the performing arts and entertainment industry, as creatives in other fields started seeking out my coaching to support their identity expansion as international best-selling authors, artists, coaches, and entrepreneurs. Because even if the dreams are different, the framework remains the same.
My clients are the kind of people who actively hold visions as big as the Nobel Prize and EGOTs. With books translated into 8+ languages, followed by a film adaption. The audacity to write original Broadway musicals to star in. They seek to change the world with ALL of their unique gifts— performer, nurse, coach, everything in between— while continuing to be vessels of love, joy, and generosity in the world.
I've utilized these same tools and processes on myself to build a life that I love rooted in unlimited possibility— Broadway debut, world premieres, big romantic love like you see in movies, a successful coaching business, Sex and the City friendships, and intentional closeness with my family that I always wanted. I love witnessing the same ripple effect in my clients' lives. They might initially come for career growth, but the transformation always extends into their personal lives. It’s very common for clients to end up in the “best relationship of their lives”— including five marriages to date. And the way family relationships and dynamics can resolve, even after years of turbulence or not speaking, never ceases to amaze me.
I truly believe that you get to have it all.
That’s very different than doing it all, all of the time.
To create this kind of life, you have to give yourself permission to want what you want, know that you are worthy of having it (no, it’s not too much and you’re not too much), and trust yourself and the Universe to be able to deliver. It’s a delicate— but highly achievable— balance of aligning your identity to match your desires, making yourself fully available for your dreams, and taking action as if it’s already happening.
Over the years, I have leapt so many times that it became my norm. I quit my restaurant job without a contract— then direct booked my Broadway debut. I said yes to the $10K coach (three times) when I was unemployed during the pandemic— then grew my business to six figures. I held myself through a cancer scare, navigating an incorrect preliminary diagnosis of lymphoma while launching my first group program. I said yes to the $25K coach (twice) when the vision for my business grew. I ended an 8.5 year relationship— only to meet my husband six weeks later— who happened to already live in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with a balcony that had been on my vision board for years. I planned my dream wedding in NYC in less than four months and began the process before we had the funding fully figured out.
My ongoing investments continue to pay off in the ways I get to live— honoring my newest desires in real-time, always allowing them to exist and be infinitely supported.
This is possible because with the help of incredible mentors, I developed the most important skill— self trust. I learned the emotional systems that I teach today to create absolute safety and certainty within myself, without relying on others or outsourcing my belief. I let my intuition become the strategy. When you can generate any emotion and feel safe with yourself in any experience, dancing with uncertainty becomes the magic ingredient for unlimited possibilities. You begin to understand and appreciate that only in the unknown can new things happen.
My core belief is things are always working out for me. I get what I want— or better.Â
It continues to be true for me. And that belief is available to you, too.
Wherever you are, I hope you take away that you're allowed to have what you would love and you can live a life that feels authentically yours— whatever that looks like for you. The moment you give yourself permission to go for it and release all of the story, limitations, and timelines you've held up until now, you open the door to an entirely different life. One where you genuinely love yourself and enjoy the process as it unfolds. I would be honored to support you on your journey to having that kind of life. You deserve it and it's waiting for you.
